Hello and welcome to the first of our public reviews. This week we are taking the ever popular and rather loved Ikea as our target.

This leads takes its inspiration from this article on how Ikea uses social media by David Moth from eConsultancy. We thought it would be good to test our model and see wether it concurs. The headlines are that Ikea obviously has some great content online, and very broadly it matches with what we believe is the ideal brand values. However as an international brand the UK does not fare as well on some channels and some areas such as Google+ or "Images" have been neglected or late in coming.
