Introducing Brand+Sum

Digital Brand Review has evolved into something more automated, yet human. We call this BrandSum+ and we would like to introduce the concept.

 What is BrandSum+?

A method for seeing differences in perception between any brand, company or organisation – anything that has a logo.

A unique, human-led approach requiring minimal input. Define what brand you want to see, set some groups of people and/or locations. Send out a link and see what you get.

SIMPLE, QUICK, CLEAN BUT POWERFUL.

DIFFERENCES BETWEEN GROUPS

eg. Managers vs Marketers vs consumers

DIFFERENCES BETWEEN “CHANNELS”

eg. Twitter vs Video vs Your Perception

DIFFERENCES IN FEEDBACK GROUPS

eg. Student satisfaction between departments

What makes BrandSum+ Special + Unique?

Binary attributes – non negative sliding scales

Group/department/region comparison

Some basic math

Simple interfaces

Focus on the gaps in perception

Wealth of experience and research

BrandSum+ in action

 What next?

We are working on:

  • Automated Personas – Based on shapes of brands + sectors
  • Automated discussion points based on gaps – But also similarities
  • Automated recommendations – Todos and tasks
  • Benchmarking over time

And why now?

We have been busy on this for a while, building from our experience with the Digital Brand Review - frankly we just want everyone to know about it. This is a research project in conjunction with the University of Worcester, forming Sam Collett's academic output. We are actively seeking partners to try this out on, so get in touch please.
