Phenotype were brought in to spruce up the look and feel and usability of the site, plus help out with the strategy of who it is this site is talking to and selling to.

While we were at it we upgraded all of wordpress, created a whole series of custom plugins to do such things as show random videos, display icons that match job categories and most importantly of all display the correct video from Brightcove.

A really useful site, maintained and run by some really rather lovely people.
