Phenotype was brought in to redesign the site, which meant reordering the navigation, the structure of the site and of course designing all the template pages so that users are drawn in to the more interesting areas of the site.

Phenotype did the design, guided the strategy, did all the animations and illustrations and also built all the templates in xhtml and css. We also helped the internal HelpHound team with integration with their mammoth (and it must be said impressive) backend systems. A million miles away from their old site in terms of looks, usability and fitness for purpose, but also written and managed by HelpHound’s team.
